A defibrillator is installed inside the former telephone box by the village pond. The equipment is owned and maintained by the parish council and is for use by any member of the public at any time in a medical emergency.
In the event of an emergency dial 999 and ask for an ambulance. The operator will confirm the location of the nearest defibrillator if required and will give you the code to unlock the door or the cabinet so that the equipment may be accessed.
The emergency services will advise on the procedure for returning the defibrillator after use. Please contact the Clerk or any member of the parish council if you have any queries about the defibrillator.
